Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene seals are intact and undamaged.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
